Happy Birthday Mr. President

Today is Virginian George Washington's birthday. Washington set the standard for conduct and leadership to our very young nation. His life is a wonderful example of leadership, courage and self-sacrifice and is worthy of study, especially for the young.

Did you know that Washington was homeschooled? Did you know he did not go to college? Did you know that even though he owned over 50,000 acres of land that he had to borrow money to make it to his own inauguration?
