Summer reading with my grandchildren: “I have told you what it was like for me when I was growing up. Although much would change, something there remained: some innocent quality that made possible, in the heart of a young and vulnerable boy, an allegiance and a love for one small place.” ~ Willie Morris This classic fits so well with my serious reading and research right now.
